Najugledniji muzički magazin Rolling Stone je donio svoju definitivnu listu progresivnih albuma, koju možete pogledati dolje.
Osobno, u većini slučajeva, nemam komentara na donesenu listu, jer, pogotovo vrh ove liste sadrži manje više sve moje favorite, ali …
Opet velik „ali“ lebdi nad ovom, kao i nad svakom listom koja pokušava spojiti nespojivo. Jer biti progresivan, jest biti različit od ostalih i napredan u isto vrijeme.
Ako su to kriteriji, a trebali bi biti, ne mogu se načuditi recimo, da je „Eldorado“ grupe Electric Light Orchestra došao na listu, a recimo „Lizard“ od King Crimsona nije … i da ne duljim, postavljam par pitanja.
